Ms. Israt Jahaan Bhuiyan, FCMA is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with over 13 years of experience in in financial analysis, cost management, ERP implementation, IPO management, business intelligence reporting, corporate compliance, SOP implementation, and strategic financial planning. She has worked with leading conglomerates, merchant banks, multinational NGOs, and trading organizations in Bangladesh.

She is a Fellow Cost and Management Accountant (FCMA) of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) and has also Partly qualified of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). She has actively participated in leadership development, corporate assessment programs, and continuous professional development initiatives organized by ICMAB.

Mr. Firoz Alam

Mr.Firoz Alam has total 18 years of work experience in different organizations in progressively responsible roles and establish himself as a proven finance professional with hands-on experience, especially in diversified financial products. He also possesses practical knowledge in corporate finance, treasury management, and feasibility analysis

Mr. Firoz Alam obtained Master of Business Administration (MBA) with major in Finance from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, and the most prestigious business school in Bangladesh.

Mr. Md. Mamun Khan

Head of Internal Audit & Compliance (HIAC)

Mr. Md. Mamun Khan is an experienced audit and compliance professional with over 16 years of extensive experience in internal and external auditing across diversified business conglomerates and a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm.

He possesses proven expertise in internal control evaluation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, fraud risk management and assurance services. Prior to joining the Company, He held senior audit leadership positions and successfully led numerous audit and compliance engagements in five corporate groups. Mr. Khan is partly qualified of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). He holds Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, and is also an Income Tax Practitioner.
