Mr. AFM. Nazrul Islam is long experienced professional and worked different capacities under GOB, Multi National & National Organization in the Country mainly as a Company Secretary nearing one & more than half decades.

He obtained Bachelor of Commerce with Honors & Master of Commerce in Management from the University of Dhaka. He also took Graduation of Legal Law & achieved professional certificate from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh and accredited as FCS. Mr. Islam has been serving as a Company Secretary with Gemini Sea Food Ltd. since 2006.

Mr. Firoz Alam

Mr.Firoz Alam has total 18 years of work experience in different organizations in progressively responsible roles and establish himself as a proven finance professional with hands-on experience, especially in diversified financial products. He also possesses practical knowledge in corporate finance, treasury management, and feasibility analysis

Mr. Firoz Alam obtained Master of Business Administration (MBA) with major in Finance from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, and the most prestigious business school in Bangladesh.

Md. Emran Hossain, FCA

Head of Internal Audit & Compliance (HIAC)

Mr. Emran is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). He obtained Masters of Commerce major in Accounting from the Jagannath University, Dhaka. Mr. Emran started his career with different port folios in the national and multi-national companies in Bangladesh with significant experience of working in the corporate sector as well as in the accounting practice, Audit, Banking, Company matters, Tax and VAT.

He has professional and business acumens, knowledgeable and experienced individual of proven integrity and able to ensure Audit with financial, regulatory and corporate laws and make a meaningful contribution towards the business of Gemini.
